By Tooth and Claw Dragons is a site that has been around for nearly a decade. Despite being moved around the internet, the site remains just as strong as its members.
The roleplay site does require an application, but it is very welcoming to those who wish to apply. The members consist of many talented writers who are like a family to those that know them, but this doesn't mean they're unwilling to bring in more. The site has a friendly atmosphere with a mentor program to help the newer members find their own niche within the community.
BTACD, as the site is often referred to, is actually not only dragons, but instead has custom species to spare and more are being thought of and added by the day. The site does not shy away from creativity, but embraces it and encourages those to share their ideas and bring their most joyful and nightmarish thoughts and creativity alive in a realm of their choosing. The site has over ten active realms to pick from and to explore, so the characters always have something to do.
Right now the site has plot positions open for people to apply for and any member is always more than welcome to message the current plot master for ideas on how to get their character more involved.
